Your big break Appearing on Oprah after co-founding my first company. Many women reached out to me for advice on how to become an entrepreneur. I realized I didn’t really have a great answer for them, and that began my journey to reinvent flexible career opportunities for women. It was part of my lightbulb moment, which led to us being a family of brands: EVER Skincare, KEEP Collective and Stella & Dot.
