The horticultural wonderland that is Inner Gardens has moved to a new 12,000-square-foot-plus space in Culver City, in walking distance of such galleries as Blum & Poe and Honor Fraser.
Known for their deep archive of antiques and exotic plants and flowers, the shop will showcase vintage French planters alongside modern vessels by David Cressey for Architectural Pottery this summer, as well as a rare medallion sculpture from 1967 by Stan Bitters. “The space is magical—with old palm trees and bungalows on the property perfect for vignettes,” says owner Stephen Block. “I walked in and I said, ‘This is my new home.’ ” 5838 Perry Dr., Culver City, 310-838-8378; innergardens.com.
