Palm Beach’s Pinkest Address

The Colony Hotel steps into the spotlight as the official experiential home of Palm Royale on Apple TV+

On the Emmy-nominated Apple TV+ series Palm Royale, which is set in the 1960s, Maxine Dellacorte-Simmons (played by Kristen Wiig) works tirelessly to gain a foothold in Palm Beach society. Through January 2026, The Colony Hotel — long known for its buzzy poolside social scene, cheery pink-and-green aesthetic, and role as the island’s unofficial gathering place — offers a more direct entry point as the official experiential home for the second season.

Rather than turning itself into a set, the hotel integrates the show into the way guests experience the 89-key getaway, which opened its doors in 1947. That approach is most evident at the palm tree-fringed pool, long considered the boutique property’s social center (where dining alfresco at Swifty’s is a must), now decked out in a limited-edition shoppable collection created in collaboration with Business & Pleasure Co. Playful paisleys and stripes, rendered in tropical shades, appear across umbrellas, loungers, and accessories as subtle nods to the series’ retro, candy-colored world. Elsewhere, references appear in period-leaning cocktails and desserts, as well as in familiar Colony fixtures such as the ice-cream cart and beach buggy, each viewed through a distinctly Palm Royale lens.

For travelers ready to slip into a society doyenne’s plush slippers, the hotel’s limited Stay Royale delivers a fully immersive turn at The Pink Paradise. Centered around a three-night stay in the Magnolia Penthouse (one of the property’s 14 individually decorated multibedroom residences), the experience focuses on all things luxury and glamour: a vintage convertible for island cruising, 1960s-inspired wardrobe styling, professional hair and makeup at Madison Apothecary, a private photo shoot, a Palm Beach history walk, and lunch at an exclusive social club — all capped off with a dedicated butler for the duration of the stay.

Building on its role as the experiential home of Palm Royale, the winter season boasts a slate of collaborations that reaffirm the boutique property not only as the definitive place to stay but also as the island’s center of style, culture, and community. That philosophy comes to life with a rotating calendar of fitness pop-ups, holiday installations, retail activations, and long-running cultural programming. Highlights include the return of Isaac Boots’ TORCH’D classes and a limited SoulCycle pop-up, a Lewis Miller–designed Christmas tree created in collaboration with Veranda, and the continuation of beloved partnerships with Dolce & Gabbana, Madison Apothecary, Hearst Magazines’ Poolside Press, Voltz Clarke Gallery, and Naturopathica. For once, the hardest part of Palm Beach society isn’t getting in — it’s deciding when to leave. 155 Hammon Ave., Palm Beach; thecolonypalmbeach.com.
