TO SHED YOUR EMOTIONAL BAGGAGE
Since first introducing The Class, Taryn Toomey’s unique take on calisthenics and plyometrics paired with life-affirming philosophy, she’s developed a cult-like following. Extend the reputedly life-changing experience at The Retreatment, where each day starts with meditation followed by two cathartic hours of The Class. Upcoming destinations: Mustique, the Hudson Valley and Martha’s Vineyard. Double occupancy from $4,700 per person for the Martha’s Vineyard retreat, July 14-20.

TO SHIVASANA AND CHILL
Wanderlust, the Coachella of wellness retreats, returns to its Squaw Valley roots this July. Four days packed with group meditation, all-style yoga classes, informal lectures, outdoor activities (hiking, biking, fitness classes), local and sustainable cuisine, plus live music and silent discos. Let off stream and rejoice in the company of others … lots of others. 4-Day Wanderlust Premium Pass from $2,575 in North Lake Tahoe, California, July 18-21.

TO TEST-DRIVE A LUXURY BOOTCAMP
Decamp to Nobu Ryokan Malibu’s three-day Ultimate Detox Retreat in partnership with Malibu Fit Concierge is capped at six guests per session and offers sound baths, massage, culinary delights, paddling and yoga. Price upon request.

TO DOWN DOG AT 7,200 FEET
Unwind in Big Sky, Mont., this September at Renew at Lone Mountain Ranch, an adventure curated by sportswear company Live the Process that includes meditation, asana and breath work with Love Yoga co-founder Kyle Miller and Sky Ting Yoga co-founder Krissy Jones. Double occupancy from $2,400 per person for a 4-night stay, September 20-24.

TO RACK UP YOUR FREQUENT FLIER MILES
Los Angeles-based yoga guru Tom Morley regularly takes to the road with his popular Global Tribe Retreats and leads weeklong escapes in exotic locations. “Change occurs organically,” he says, and his nearly 75 percent return rate speaks for itself. Next up? Ibiza, Spain. From $3,850 in Ibiza, June 30-July 5.

TO MAKE THE MOST OUT OF THE LONGEST DAY OF THE YEAR
Perched on a cliff overlooking the Pacific, the Cala de Mar in Ixtapa hosts its next seasonal wellness retreat — timed with the summer solstice — June 20-23. The four-day escape offers a mix of meditation, sunset salutations, yoga Nidra before bed taught by Edna Monro, and shaman-led Temezcals. There’s even a workshop with Geraldine Ridaura, the founder of San Diego-based Holy Matcha. Downtime includes mindful meals and a menu of spa treatments like the Lemongrass and Toronjil wrap, which combines the therapeutic qualities of both these botanicals to help detoxify skin and improve metabolism. From $780 for a 3-night stay, June 20-23.
