Les Tien Has a Hometown Hub
Courtney Ogilvie, LES TIEN founder and creative director, has opened a Beverly Grove flagship for her crafted-in-L.A. sportswear. Walls are painted a deep burgundy, velvet dressing room curtains are a bold marigold hue, and a central skylight is framed in twisting vines that hang above green couches. Her relaxed Scallop wrap skirts, pleated palazzo pants, and tanks for women line the space, as do men’s pique tennis polos, Cuban shirts, Inside Out T-shirts, hoodies, fleece shorts, and Invert Pocket pants. The minimalist leisure staples made downtown from fabrics treated in-house are cut, sewn, and garment-dyed to create a lived-in appeal, and the space is also designed with a similar quiet yet considered feel. 8383 W. 3rd St., L.A., 323-430-0804; lestien.com.
