An intimate group of about 50 guests gathered on Friday, Oct. 18, at the private Beverly Hills home of Zoë and Olivier de Givenchy for a special dinner honoring Pritzker Prize-winning architect Renzo Piano, who designed the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, the 2020 unveiling of which continues to be much anticipated.

Bob Iger, CEO of the Walt Disney Company and campaign co-chair for the museum, hosted alongside the de Givenchys, and was joined by such Academy leaders as newly appointed museum director Bill Kramer; Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences CEO Dawn Hudson; and museum trustees Mark Johnson, Jim Gianopulos, and Dominic Ng and his wife, Ellen.

The evening brought together notables from the worlds of entertainment and philanthropy, including Willem Dafoe, Ava DuVernay, Nia Vardalos, Irena and Mike Medavoy, Beau and Marley Flynn, Anne Simonds and others.
