Golf’s Dress Code Gets a Style Upgrade

Big on technical performance and personality, G/FORE is bringing fashion to the fairway, one tee at a time

The best swing of the day rarely happens on the first tee. That’s why the “breakfast ball” exists. You haven’t warmed up yet. You’re still finding your rhythm. Then — maybe a few holes later, maybe just before the turn — you figure out how to walk that fine line between performance and ease, and something clicks. You crush it.

That’s the register G/FORE is dressing for: the fine line between performance and ease, with style that just clicks. The brand’s Autumn collection spans footwear, apparel, and accessories for men and women — built for the course, the court, and everywhere in between.

That’s the register G/FORE is dressing for: the fine line between performance and ease, with style that just clicks.

Since launching in Los Angeles in 2011 with vividly colored leather gloves, G/FORE has made its name on a disruptive kind of luxury: irreverent, color-forward, recognizable clubhouse to green. The new collection keeps that DNA, translating performance fabrics into easy silhouettes and a palette that runs from Twilight and Cerulean to a hit of Lava, Ruby, and soft Nimbus.

For men, the polo is the heart of it, reimagined across textures in the All Play Stretch Knit and Essential Performance Piqué. Cooler coastal mornings bring the layers — The Club Merino Sweater, the Luxe Mid Quarter-Zip, a Compact Stretch Blazer for the clubhouse — while the Tour 5 Pocket Pant and Maverick shorts handle the walk.

Accessories are where the brand has the most fun.

The footwear never stays in its lane: the water-repellent MG4+ O2 and perforated G.112 read as naturally on the curb as the course. Accessories are where the brand has the most fun: sun-ready hats, cabretta-leather gloves, carry bags, and, because G/FORE is never entirely serious, a “N°1 Cares What You Shot” towel.

The women’s collection runs the same current: UPF 50+ Silky Tech Nylon polos, pleated skorts, and the aptly named Easy Dress for the nineteenth hole.

Call it a full swing. Crushing it.
