Marco Bicego Celebrates Organic Shapes and Modern Lines in a Trio of New Collections

Ranging from midcentury-inspired chains to delicate flowers, the unique styles are all made with the modern woman in mind

In Partnership With MARCO BICEGO

Luxury jewelry brand Marco Bicego introduces three new lines with the debut of Petali, Lucia and Africa Boule, each one reflecting a distinct personality yet all incorporating the beauty, quality and versatility that a contemporary woman craves in her wardrobe.

MARCO BICEGO Lunaria wide cuff in 18-karat yellow gold, $10,590, Lunaria medium ring in 18-karat in yellow gold and diamond, $2,920, Petali single flower drop earrings in 18-karat gold and diamond, $3,080, Petali long flower necklace in 18-karat yellow gold, $6,570, and Lunaria short necklace in 18-karat yellow gold, $3,110.

Petali showcases simple yet organic shapes in bouquets of refined 18-karat gold blooms. The softly curved petals are satisfyingly symmetrical — with delicate texture or set with pave diamonds — and make up pendants, earrings and bracelets featuring a stunning single blossom or multiple for an even cheerier effect.

MARCO BICEGO Lucia medium link chain necklace in 18-karat yellow gold and diamond, $44,980, and Lucia large link chain necklace in 18-karat yellow gold and diamond, $71,280.

A little bolder, the Lucia collection presents several creative takes on an elegantly shaped link with a midcentury-modern feel. Marco Bicego joins the slightly domed links to form rings, chain necklaces, lariats and bracelets in 18-karat gold and diamonds that execute unexpected twists on traditional bijous. Other pieces, such as cuffs and earrings, deconstruct the individual links, creating teardrop-shaped earrings, uniquely curved studs, and “kissing” and “hugging” cuffs that widen as the two rounded ends approach each other.

MARCO BICEGO Africa Boule ring in 18-karat yellow gold and lapis, $1,130, Africa Boule pendant in 18-karat yellow gold and lapis, $1,290, and Africa Boule French wire earrings in 18-karat yellow gold and lapis, $1,280.

In Africa Boule, the most colorful of the three collections, the brand adds precious stones and natural materials, such as turquoise, pink opal, pearl, coral, carnelian, lapis, malachite and onyx. Rather than mixing and matching stones, however, Marco Bicego celebrates each one individually, resulting in pendants, coordinated studs and solitaire rings that each highlight a single, eye-catching hue. Inspired by tribal jewelry and the soft dunes of the Sahara, the Africa Boule pieces are hand-engraved by Italian artisans and gorgeously reflect both a contemporary aesthetic and a reverence for the beauty of the natural world.
