Up the drama this fall with poufs and ruffles

It’s time for a little femininity. Frills, poufs and ruffles abound this season, from a taffeta skirt at Balmain that nods to the 1980s, complemented by a full-sleeved shirt; to sweet tulle tutu skirts toughened up with cool biker leathers at Louis Vuitton; and the classic monochrome chic of a Chanel black ribbon choker and a white blouse updated with a chiffon layered and fluted dickey. Always a great way to counterbalance the days spent at home in your sweats, this new girly glamour sends a sexy and playful message.
